My TV is compatible with the new channels and I've retuned it but can't get GEM. When I press 92 it shows as Gem then immediately switches to 9HD. If I press the 90 which used to be gEM it is showing as 9HD (which it should) but no Gem.
Any ideas please? Gem would be one of my favourite channels, dang it.

Yes that's what I did. But now I'm being told I need to reset the Topfield pvr. I didn't even know you had to retune PVRs.

If your antenna cable is connected to your PVR, and then the PVR is connected to your TV, you are getting the channels via your PVR, to your TV.
That means the TV can only get what your PVR, is passing along. So you should try retuning the PVR, if not fixed, then retune the TV again, in that order.
If it was a problem with the PVR that should fix it. If it doesn't and your TV is able to get the digital channels on its own (without a set top box/PVR), unplug the PVR, and connect the TV directly to the antenna cable and retune.
That will show whether it is then a PVR problem with not picking it up, if the TV can on its own.
