It was actually a boss in China they must be adopting Australian ideas.

It does seem a bit unfair for non drinkers but I still think it very funny I would have got the 10,000 yuan

So one gets the client drunk.  Get him/her to sign a contract.  Great business ethics, I don't think.  In China or anywhere.  

I love humor and fun and being a "kid" sometimes, and I can see you want to have fun, margo and martini , but I just can't find the humor in this one.
