Hi and thank you to the 'newbies' to this thread :-x And the 'oldies' who are still hanging in there with me. :-x

I had a good day at work yesterday. I didn't have to rush into the loo to cry even once! :^O But once I got to bed I went down 'pity party path' then made myself get up and watch TV at 2am. But feeling okay and relatively sane today. 😄

keelia - the ex 'says' he will give 4 weeks notice at work because he's planning to move back to his home town. But everything he's said he's going to do hasn't happened so I'm still left waiting .. waiting ... 😐
