BTW he's still being evasive. I asked him for the date of his final day at work. He looked away and said he's not sure. How can he not be sure? I'm wondering if he's actually given notice or it's an 'open date' notice?

I also asked him what date his 'new house' will be ready and he said 'sometime early March, unless my brother (works for Dept Housing) can get me emergency accommodation'.

It's all suspect and probably all designed to keep me 'powerless'.

Just a little thought, if you did have Mr Nonads removed from the lease you could then give him notice and a rent increase, to say 3/4 of the weekly real estates rent! That would help you save:-x
