Good advice amber. I hope Ms Chuk is okay and I hope she has internet access to find the support given here and to let us know how she is.

I also think about cristina too and hope she is doing okay.

It seems 2011 is a year of changes for many people. The changes can seem traumatic at the time but when we are able to look back we can hopefully see it was for our happiness and growth, and that is the purpose of life.

I had a bad day today. I'll assume the position for a good telling off.

Mr Ex sent me yet another email today. I broke my No Contact rule and emailed him back. I sent a brief email and basically it was about him being given the opportunity to learn and grow from this experience.

What did he reply?

"I made my bed now I have to lie in it"

He's still having a pity party, still totally self absorbed, no effort, nothing, nada

Back to No Contact. He's just left me feeling so flat.

Re Mr-it's all OK.You are doing fine.If you are feeling 'flat' it's because you are 3D.Unlike Mr who is very 2D.OK enough of me trying to be funny,but sounding so lame!forgive me..:-)I still mean it though,you are making such progress and are strong.Unlike he who chooses to be weak.

It's OK to react to him-after all you are not unfeeling,and it needn't make you feel weak or a vulnerable.You are neither.No one could blame you for wanting to believe this man is better than he is.It's OK.

The thing you are learning,I suspect, is that he is not worthy of your attention.

All is going as planned...keep your chin up..be brave and kind to

they only have that power if you let them ssooooo take back the power and focus upon your self worth, then write down all the things you are grateful for,
then take a walk or potter in the garden , go shopping, ring a friend and talkup all the positives in life, just do a little thing that makes YOU feel good

you girls CAN do this , I have and life is good
