You must have needed the 12 hour sleep.  I need one like that too.

I have been up for over 36 hours although this time I did try and get a couple of cat naps (friends of your MsCat) on the plane.

This spy business and flat battery have done me in.  I am now in rainy Sydney.  My mission is over.  :_| I got booted out.

I wasn't meant to tell people where I was.  I wasn't so secretive after all and I just didn't fit the bill although I ran up a big credit one.  😐

On the way back we flew over Ularu.  I was so excited.  That is the first time that I have seen 'the rock'. 😄

Hi Braff - Welcome back to winter in NSW!!!1  Mis Mioux's right - don't worry about the credit bill - think we're still paying for an overseas trip in 2000, but unfortunately we weren't spies - maybe you could claim it on your tax for what you have done for our country.

Hope you had a great Brithday Ms Mioux - our 2nd youngest grandson is 1 today (17th) - best get to bed or I'll miss the party!!!!

I'm sure Winter brings us down a bit, as I've been feeling pretty BLAH lately - trying to pick myself up!!!!  I also have had soem health problems which haven't helped - one of the symptoms is depression, but fortunately it's not too bad.

I think having a Birthday has probably been a trigger for you - I remember you mentioned that back a few posts.  It's been almost 18 years before Mr Mind and I went through the worst time in our marriage & even though we were able to stay together & I love him to bits and he is soooo good to me, I still have triggers now and again, and so does he.  We both had a trigger a few nights ago watching a show on TV, and were both aware of what the other was thinking, so talked about it.  It will get better, but one never forgets!!!!

Well Goodnight all and big hugs to all those who need them, and get well to any who are feeling unwell or just plain "Down in the Dumps".

Hi fabulous people!

Mindtoobusy - I have heard triggers can last a lifetime, the trauma is so deep but you and your hubby have been through the bad times but have come through. I admire that because it takes so much courage and honesty and not many people are capable of that. ♥♥

I have a CD of my favourite music on it and I had it in the car during the whole affair time. I use to listen to it on the way to work, volume up loud, while I sobbed and howled.

I found it the other day and put it on but I had to turn it off. It brought me right back to those fearful days. I don't think I could listen to it again. Too much of a trigger.

I'm feeling a little better. The world is not so grey any more. My teacher came over and we chanted together. I'm chanting every day now.

I wish Mrs Braff would wake up from her nana nap and drop in to tell us about her trip!

Hi Mindto  *waves*  You have come a long way also.

I loved the trip (except being ripped off by the Marriott in Zurich, but that has been refunded now).  Darn the conversion rate though because we still lost out.  😞

It was amaaaaaaaazing.  To top it all off, flying home we flew over Uluru and I saw it *jumping up and down here*.  I have never seen it before.  *doing twirly things like an idiot*.

What a huge rock.  :-x

I couldn't possibly pick one highlight.  Everything was fantastic.

Being booted out for not being a good spy was not much fun, but it was exciting otherwise.

We went to Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Principality of Linchtenstein. Drove through Slavakia and Brataslavia??

Darting here and there trying not to be caught out.  😉

We went up the top of towers, down into dungeons, on cablecars, horse and carriage, trams, boats, planes, trains and automobiles.

Saw sun, rain, fog, sleet and snow, mountains, plains, rivers, glaciers and waterfalls.

Other than that, not much happened  B-)
