Hi everyone, last day of school here and my teens are ready for some chill out time! Miss 15 will be at school for most of the forst week due to Musical rehearsals as she has several roles, it is on the forst week of Aug, so getting closer. Mr 13 still has soccer and Im sure will stay busy, they will still go to my mum & nans for a few days, but not as much as usual now that I have the bubba, they miss her too much! LoL

Miss Samantha got a weigh in and she is growing / developing perfectly according to the midwives! SHe is healthy & happy and getting soooo cheeky!

Here is a little update piccie of her at 5 months old in her fur vest and jeggins! So cute!

Ms Jacks I think when your mum says she wants to go home, I think it's because she wants to go back to where she feels safe and secure i.e the familiar. It's more about the feeling of "home" than a particular place. Everything must feel a bit strange for your mum and she wants her old self back and to feel everything is normal again.

Congrats on winning the $12! Yes, increase the amount but any win is something to feel grateful for and that feeling of gratitude will send more "wins" to be grateful for.

Remember I intended $20 and I won $21.90? I keep attracting more "20" amounts. I received a $20 Coles Gift voucher from a friend, a $25 Coles Gift Voucher from one of my sisters and a 20% discount coupon in the mail for the pet food I buy. :^O

PS I went on a mission yesterday to get music back in my car. My mechanic sent me to the auto-electrician who tried to fix my car radio but said the radio was dead 😞   So then he sent me to a spare parts place and I haggled the guy to replace the radio/CD player with a second hand one for $70.

Problem solved!

And I got my old mobile to work. I washed it in warm water, placed it in a bag of rice and last night it turned on! yay!

I have some good news to share. After ten years of writers block, two years of struggle and procrastination and 51,000 hard come by words, I have finally (last night) written the last sentence of another book. It still needs a bit of tidying up before I send it off (with fingers crossed) to my publisher, but it's all there, down to the very last full stop and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.. After all the angst it caused me though, I think it may very well be my swan song. lol
