MsCat, it has been absolutely gorgeous weather here the past 2 days.

Normally I would have to get the washing on the line by mid morning and even then it wouldn't be guaranteed to be dry by the time I have to bring it in because of the night air.

I have a smallish washing machine and a small clothes line so I often have to juggle it all.

Yesterday my boys *bangs head on desk* brought their washing down AFTER lunch and while Missy was doing her washing. (She has been told not to do it on a Saturday because I need to get the boys work gear etc done).

Anyway, I had 4 more loads of washing to do and I went ahead and did it and got the bulk of it dry.

Normally I  wouldn't leave it out overnight but I knew today was going to be a nice day too so I left it out and brought the rest in this morning.

That is how nice it has been.  B-)

Mrs Braff 4 more loads of washing to do??!! No wonder you appreciate a lovely sunny day trying to get all that dry before Xmas. :^O

Miss Kitty and Master Kitty are coming over tonight for Miss Kitty's birthday. I was going to make a cake. I raced down to the supermarket to buy banana's and when I got back to the car I discovered I had a flat battery. *sigh* Waited 30 mins for the RACV (love them!) then had to drive around for 30 minutes (I don't have off street parking).

I could run around making a cake while the kids are here but I know Miss Kitty would much rather her mama be relaxed and not frazzled. So it's icecream for dessert. But I did manage to find the PERFECT gift!

Well that's been my day. Oh and I've booked in to have that ultrasound scan on my cat flaps so everyone will stop nagging me 😐

Been having an overwhelming time with going through mum's wares to decide what items are of real value. I wrapped some of the things in her clothing so it's really like she is here! I'm taking deep breaths of her clothing and it feels nice.

The death certificate arrived today 😐 At least now the estate can be sorted once and for all. I just want closure.

I had a stressful night last night with police on my door at 11pm with Miss 15 after she was caught with friends vandalising a factory. She then went into crisis care around 1am because she wouldn't stay here. Oh the drama continues. I'm truly fed up but my love for her won't ever die regardless of what names she calls me and what threats she makes. I'm finding it all a bit too much atm. Wishing more than ever that my mum was here to hold me

Ms Jacks I'm so sorry your Miss 15 is acting like a tool 😞  One day, hopefully soon, she will realise how much she is loved and will start making the right choices for herself.

Its funny how the scent of someone can linger for a very long time and how much comfort it can give us. :-x Your mum is with you. I hope you are getting the support you need Jacks. Even if it's just a hug or a gentle hand on your back.

Jacks you could try this ... I believe it works because I've tried it myself with amazing success.

Get yourself a notebook and every night before you go to bed, write down all the things you admire and love about Miss 15. If you feel anger bubbling up, put it away and try again later. The idea is to really feel all the positive feelings you have for Miss 15.

It's about projecting your faith in Miss 15 for her to realise her full potential and happiness. She will pick up that energy on some deep level. Try it for 7 days and see what happens.

My deepest thoughts are that she knows she is loved and we are here for her when she wants to come home. I will never give up on her even though at this moment she wants me to.

I'm feeling very ordinary today. The house is a mess but I have to drag my slightly sweaty self to work and I know I won't have the energy to clean when I get home tonight. Do you know how much mess 3 kitties make?! They wrestle each other and leave fur all over the place, Thai has a new trick of shredding the cardboard box he likes hiding in so there are bit's of shredded cardboard all over the floor and Beau likes to drink his water by putting a paw in the bowl and splashing it all over the floor. And you don't want to know what Thai does with the poop in the litter tray if I don't quickly scoop it up. (think "oh a ball to bat around the house"). 😐  Pene is very dainty and clean but I know she encourages Thai to be naughty.
