I'm back into my hardcore gym sessions with my awesome p/t.... Twice a week, and OMG I'm in agony! (The good kind) do like to feel that I'm working hard and trying to use it as a stress relief.... Things back to somewhat calm again.... For now! Pfffft!

Miss Samantha is enjoying the gym crèche as she likes the little kids - make a change from hanging out with adults for her.

Son has 2 soccer games on weekend, one being a "State Cup" match (a knock out comp so they need to win every game!) Daughter has a group of teens meeting here for Drama rehearsal tomorrow.... And Sunday (after lil missys swim) we have a naming day for a friend of the family, so pretty busy weekend begins .....

Cuddly a kitty won't starve 😉   Thai was only allowed raw meat for 2 weeks after his dental work and he hates raw meat. But he ate it willingly because there was nothing else :^O  I did find heating it up for 30 seconds in a non stick pan helped make it a bit more appetising  for him.

Kylie I can imagine you throwing a one two punch at the boxing bag! 😉 Great stress relief as is pounding the treadmill.

Hello there all you gorgeous OKers. Sorry I've been neglecting you. Good to hear all cats and people who've been off colour are no on the mend and everyone seems to be in a fairly happy place at the moment.:-x

We are off to Busselton at champagne o'clock this afternoon to inspect and christen  the new block DD and SIL have just bought.

(((HUGS))) Jack's. It's quite possible that in time Mr P will come to his senses and realise you are THE ONE. The only thing is, will you still be around when the penny finally drops.

Oh drats. The smoke detector halfway down the stairs is bleeping at me for a change of batteries. Except you have to be over 6 feet tall to reach it and I can't balance a chair on stairs.

have been taking olive leaf extract-miracle stuff..keeps me from getting the flu..Does anyone else take it?I recommend it!

just a quick fly through as Im on my ipad and in retailworld- wanted to send big higs and hugs to all..sending out healing thoughts to those who need them, and clarity to others if that helps..

PS I did a stoopid thing yesterday. Thai yawned and I thought I saw something white between his gum and lip. I panicked, kept poking it with a cotton bud. Made a vets appointment. Luckily my daughter dropped in and I showed her. By this time I'd pulled Thai's bottom lip down half a dozen times. It's not white. It's pale pink and it was just Thai's inner lip color. It's normal. 😐

I need some new specs. Rang the vet and cancelled the appointment. I'm sure they think I'm nuts.   :^O

Im sorry things are so tough for you at the moment..Im not real sure re the reasons, but a thought that has helped me in the past is repeatuing a couple of phrases in my head in time with breathing..almost like a mantra.. something along the lines of (breathe in)'Im safe' (breathe out) 'Im safe'..or '(breathe in) 'this will pass' (breathe out)

I am sending you calm warm orange healing energy and a hig and a hug..
