I got the sads today. But I haven't chanted for a few days. 😞 I must chant today to lift my spirits. I notice when I don't I tend to spiral downward.

A friend came over this morning but I was so tired she told me to go back to bed for an hour while she tidied up and watched a DVD. It was lovely getting up to someone in the house :-x

My daughter is coming over tonight. I haven't spent a whole 24 hours alone yet so I haven't felt lonely yet.
