Ok,in Vic it stuffed up because they didn't know but in SA they have no excuse as they stuffed up knowing
where infections were likely to come from and they still allowed it to happen.
They've gone into panic mode without thinking of the consequences.
Lets shut down the whole state and try and get this cluster under control that's only in Adelaide so lets keep
everyone home and not test anyone and hope it goes away.
They are not going to find out who has it unless they do tests as some have shown to be asymptomatic so show
no signs so they may infect their entire family and if they are also asymptomatic that might put a number of
infections into the communities that will then spread quickly.
So they haven't learned from Vic as they ramped up the testing to find out where the cases were so they could
bring them under control.
