Yup, definately beige lol
It's definitely.
Why can you not just talk to people - rather than arouse ire.
You do contribute - but mostly with anger - things that bad. ??

so my state govt announced on sunday 6th that as of monday 14th we would be required to either fill out a sign in sheet apon entry to pretty much every where (shops ect)
or
we could use a mobile phone to scan a QR code at the door
well i did the fill out the sign in sheet a few times with the doctors surgery and the chemist and it was annoying
so i decided to upgrade to a new phone with the ability to do this scan thing
my old flip phone was 12 years old but still worked fine for me
so i spent $230 on a new samsung galaxy a11 phone at my local telstra store, had it all set up with the 'APP' i have no idea what APPS are
yesterday was my first time shopping since this new decree came into effect
rolled up to woolies and there on the door was the code thing, got my new fancy phone out and scanned the image (it actually worked)
then i had to put my name and PH nummber in
hey presto, i'm ok to go
but (there had to be a but right?)
whilst i was doing this no one else did, they just walked in as usual, no scanning no signing in
i now discover we DONT need to do this at all
its just a REQUEST!
there is no MUST involved
so i'm the idiot doing the right thing whilst no one else is it seems

But wouldn't you rather be contactable quickly and easily if someone tests positive and they have been somwhere near you?
I know I would.

I knew what you meant by "beige" rogespeed
THE GUARDIAN
September 17, 2020
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel said on Monday it was beginning a second-phase trial with 1,000 people for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate which, if successful, could be ready for the general public by the end of next summer.
or it could be ....
Israel said on Monday it was beginning a second-phase trial with 1,000 guinea pigs for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate which, if successful, could be ready for the general public by the end of next summer.
So
The Most Common Colors Of Guinea Pigs
Now that we have the scientific stuff out of the way, let’s take a look at some of the most common guinea pig colors.
Each guinea pig color has its own specific name to describe it.
Beige is one of the lighter guinea pig colors and is described as a light brown with yellow tones. This variation is similar to the color of light khaki shorts or pants.
Beige Guinea Pig
Cream is another common hair tone and is just a few shades lighter than beige.

So rogespeed was just being nice. He could have said guinea pigs in experiments but he chose the softer version. Having been to the pet shop a few times in my life, the most common were beige.
Poor guinea pigs!

Sometimes rogespeed says things to get us thinking. I believe rogespeed meant the guinea pigs used in the trials.
Two types of guiea pigs are used in biological experiments. Human and rodent.

Comprehension doesn't seem to be a strong point.
My comment was not even made to Roges.

Oh OK, sorry then. It was the wrong Circle member.. Should have been davewil1964 then.
Anyway, rogespeed was right. People in trials are guinea pigs. Trials are human experiments. Experiments on huimans.
