Agree that Sydney should be shut down.
I think she's probably trying to please people, it being Christmas/New Year.
That scenario doesn't work with this virus - it's go hard time.
I think it will get worse with this soft approach.

I don't feel keeping the NSW economy open is being weak. We will know in a few weeks which direction may have been better but I am sure being the state with the largest economy and population things may be done differently than other states due to these facts.

The article says they guess it came from someone in Sydney visiting over christmas. I thought they could trace each virus cluster and its origins.
