As it's more than 100 days now, it has been suggested that a new thread was needed. The current govt has been breaking promises and telling lies at a rate so fast it's hard to keep up.
This below is worrying, "independent" pffft, as if your own doctor is somehow what? biased, it's ridiculous. So far there is talk of only including people under a certain age 30-35, for now. Remember that if your injured in a car, injured at work or get ill, you too might need to go on the DSP. They have done a similar think in the UK with devastating consequences.
and this is the 2nd time recently where the Govt has referred to work as welfare???? So when you go to work tomorrow (or tuesday), just remember that's welfare.

Independent doctors could be called in to reassess disability pensioners, Federal Government says
The Federal Government is considering using independent doctors to examine disability pensioners and assess whether they should continue to receive payments.
Currently family doctors provide reports supporting claims for the Disability Support Pension (DSP).
But Social Services Minister Kevin Andrews is considering a measure that would see independent doctors reassess eligibility.
"We are concerned that where people can work, the best form of welfare is work," Mr Andrews said at a press conference.

Australia’s Health Minister, Sussan Ley, says Medicare is out of control:
…our Medicare system is growing at a rapid and unsustainable rate.”
This is an outright lie. Here are some graphs that show the truth…
A completely different development in health.

Thanks Tony
You are so in the poo really deep D9275, A3 does not approve of any posts that stem from the Circus days with Poor Me , Rudd, and the Caucus clowns
"talking" about A3 and posts, love this one the, facts are missing but it is in the allowed era:
A3:"The Business Council of Australia and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry said the nation’s corporate tax take was already the second highest in the OECD." second highest ????
OECD Corporate Income Tax Rates
Australia 30%
Japan 37%
Belgium 34%
USA 39.1%
France 34.4%
Portugal 31.5%
Germany 30.1%
If you are interested in real facts (sorry) the weighted average (by GDP) of OECD countries is 32.5%

Why? Because you don't actually make any posts with political content in them, (that is not directed at another poster anyway)

About the 3rd time I have corrected you on that....any posts that are not about current PM ( not the Gillard, blah, Rudd, blah stuff).... Abbott still is PM FOR NOW.
Abbott is the clown of the current Govt, his Poor Me effort this week was pathetic.

Depends.
No one on here but I have no problem being nasty to Greens, anyone who is anti gun or anti hunting
so have no problem putting them down or disarming them any way possible.

It's not the regular posters here doing the attacking imo, they're discussing politics until personal insults are brought in
Define regular.
I don't agree with your views about Australian politics, but I'm not a regular?

What a silly post😀
At least my pic relates to the topic of the sinking govt. So I don't think it's off topic. If I was ranting on about past govt's. I could understand annoyance lol
I know.. about the third time he has tried that one..... all were posts about our current (FOR NOW) PM Abbott.
