Reading those 2 accounts is chilling and horrific. My heart goes out to you both.
Stalking on CS is sickening and perpetrated by very nasty sicko's who get a kick out of frightening people. It should be reported to Lithium immediately.

My cousin's daughter was stalked by an ex that she had broken up with 6 months earlier. She went on a date for the first time in 6 months and while she was out, he climbed into the roof and when she returned he was in her room and he stabbed her to death. She was a beautiful, kind, cleaning living girl who meant the world to me. She was our flower girl in a wedding and I loved her like a daughter. Never talk a stalker lightly. That cousin has since lost her only other child to cancer.

This is only on a very very minor scale and can't be compared to what others have posted above, but on forums, when some count the number of posts someone makes a day/week/year or whatever and posts that or comments on how many hours a person has posted that day and other things like that, things that show they have been 'watching' another person in closer detail than normal people would .. shows an unhealthy interest imo.
Although who knows from what small beginnings these harrasers/stalkers start on, they may continue & lead to something more serious.

If that happened to me, Am, I don't think I would immediately jump to the conclusion that the poster had an unhealthy interest in me, I'd suspect that they found my posts annoying and were trying to needle me - and I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of knowing they'd succeeded.

I sincerely hope that my id did not cause any undue stress
for any posters. If it did I apologise.
My family suggested the name, as I scoured ebay looking
for naive sellers who were selling way too low, for re-sale.
I'll stay out of this thread now

Stalking in all its forms is sickening in the extreme.
I know what happened to me pales into insignifigance compared to the 3 people on here who have shared. I seldom come on the forum anymore, I was put under threat by someone on here and it was speedily dealt with by the mods.
I was shocked to see this person return. I feel I can't come on here anymore.

Stawka, I'm sure nobody here thinks you are really a stalker any more than they think I'm really an elephant
And, Sandy, what can I say but ((()))
