Yes it will. It's organised crime and at the moment they're able to intimidate businesses...and whole suburbs. The new laws will disempower them.

an ear [eircing will close off after some time, a tatt is a lot harder to get removered and I am pleased to say I dont have any of either

its a hassle cos i have to maintain and clean it out

Hmm I always believed we have enough holes that cause problem and adding more really isnt wise.

Only to prove you wrong when you posted I' m pretty sure he came from Central NSW...

Where he lives doesn't matter in the slightest to the fact he was not guilty of  what he was charged for, under Consorting Laws.
