I don't see anyone offering a solution to the bikie crime problem.

I guess you missed this posted at 1:48pm  the thing is they already have laws and powers, they just need to get off their butts and do the work.

Does that mean you support bikie crime, or what?  NO and that was also replied to previously

They've been trying for years to do it the normal way, but it hasn't worked. Bikies are still shooting at people, selling drugs and standing over businesses. They give non-criminal bikies a bad name.

It's obvious they need to take a hard stand in this issue, since focusing on stopping it isn't proving successful. Get them off the streets...I hope nsw copies the laws lol and nabs their bikes...and their leathers...and badges n stuff. Then shaves their heads 😄

The 21yo lived in a small town I think. The point is he was the first to be convicted under the Consorting laws but wasn't 'consorting'..police were wrong to arrest him.

I'm pretty sure he came from central nsw.

The crims he was hanging around with were manipulating him into doing their dirty work and giving them his money...so it's not quite like the bikie laws.

I doubt any new laws will stamp out illegal activities by bikies. Just as any laws wont stop thugs kinghitting random sttangers on the street.

He wasnt consorting and should never have been charged with it. The prosecution agreed with that also.

perhaps the reason has more to do with reputation than committing actual crime and the percentage being committed is so small its undetectable.

and how is harassing Innocent motorists going to help?

how is wasting time and resourses on social riders and people with tatoo's going to help?

the last time I checked we were free to dress and use a mode of transport as we pleased
