Iron sheets and towels?
No way.
Fold them up neatly and put them in the lined press. By the time you put them on the bed they're nice and flat anyway.
I summer if I hang them up in the morning they're dry by the afteroon and I put them back on the bed straight off the line. That way they have lovely fresh scent of sunshine and outdoors on them.

No not now and never did. My MIL used to make me feel very inferior because she ironed everything, socks, girls nylon pants, sheets towels. Then one day I realised it was rather silly.

I sometimes iron the pillow cases.
If I take the sheets off the line right away and fold them it is like an iron anyway.

I have been ironing pillowcases lately. I sometimes iron the top (bit that folds back) of one soft cotton sheet that I have, as it gets very badly wrinkled.
To iron a whole sheet, no way.

Years and years ago when I first married, I use to iron pillow cases and fold the sheets in half and iron them.
These days, I dont iron anything.
My auntie years ago, use to iron everything that was washed, including face washers, socks, underwear...everything!

I love fresh crisp cotton sheets dried in the sun.
However, I do iron the pillow cases and doona covers.

I don't even iron my clothes! Why iron things that are just going to get wrinkled anyway?
