He has allegedly tested negative before the debate. He should have stayed in quarantine for a full 14 days, especially after Ms. Hicks was found to be positive the day after being on the campaign plane. And he gets away with it because Trump makes it so.

Deafening silence from his Cult :
One of the drugs taken by Donald Trump that he has touted as a potential “cure” for coronavirus was developed using human cells originally obtained from an elective abortion, a practice repeatedly denounced by the president and many of his supporters.
The drug is a monoclonal antibody cocktail developed by Regeneron. The president received an 8-gram infusion under a “compassionate use” exemption when he was hospitalized over the weekend after testing positive for Covid-19. There is no cure for Covid-19, and the drug is not approved.

Irresponsibility an reckless, the UK prime minister did the right thing.
If Trump gets re-elected I'd be real surprised, not just for that, for so many other reasons as well (of course).

You would think so, but apparently in some countries it is much less. I think in either UK or USA it is only 10 days.
And those in close contact with a certified covid case don't seem to need to self isolate at all. I have a friend in US whose daughter works closely with someone who has tested positive & she decided to get tested but it was business as usual for everyone. (She works in Costco)
This could be part of the reason why covid is out of control in some of those countries.

No 14 day isolation for him. Only 7 days so far.
He's off to do more rallies on the weekend.
Apparently 'the docs only found a little bit of virus, and they were quite surprised'
Is that like just being a little bit pregnant?

I just read that he said in some interview he was very worried he might not make it but made a miraculous recovery after regeneron? treatment, I think it was.
I'm a bit surprised actually at how quickly he did seem to recover. Either he had a mild case or else the worst has not hit him yet. I am fairly surprised though that he seems to be mingling so freely, I certainly wouldn't be getting too close to him, he quite likely is still infectious.

He called in to the Hannity show the other day and sounds horrible. Deep hacking cough, wheezy voice and even more nasal than usual. I think he's getting worse and we aren't being told about it. And per my previous post(Hi Joz, nice to see you!) that Joz responded to , about Pence, Pence canceled a campaign trip 2 days after the debate, I thnk I'm right and he's infected too. I just hope Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris didn't get infected via my country's so called leaders. And 2 more White house staffers, in housekeeping, have tested positive. Now the staff is being told not to speak to anyone about their test results at all. Trump is killing his own constituency.

I was amazed at how quickly he was released from hospital but then again, I suppose they have medical facilities on hand at the white house.
He may well go downhill at some point as you often hear of the main effects hitting at about the 10-14 day point. We'll see, I guess.
Meanwhile, there was someone in the white house, forget who it was, who commented that the white house would end up with more cases than the whole of NZ. Wouldn't surprise me.
