Any suggestions what to do/use/? Got plenty of newspaper but hoping for something a little more sensitive?

Well - just did a throne rooms count - down to 4 rolls.
Which just brought to mind - how is the sliced bread section - in the Supermarkets going.
May have to ' brave ' it tomorrow.

Ironing it with a hot iron 'sets' the ink.
Handy hint for the day.
Anyone with access to the old telephone books should take advantage of them.
The paper is better quality than newspaper and the ink does not come off on hands or nether regions.
When I was young I remember my grandparents collecting the family phone books when a new one was released each year.
Grandfather was tasked with cutting them to size and threading them on string and putting the bundles on hooks in the loo...for some reason they flushed better than newspaper.
When there was a wet weekend and GF could not get out into his vege garden the production went full steam and there would be enough bundles of loo paper to last for weeks.
Can one use cabbage leaves ? maybe the ultimate "green" solution

Yuk that's just gross.
Our Woolies had plenty of loo paper on the shelves today, but asked customers to only take on roll at a time, and you could only buy a 9-pack. Cost $8.
Usually I get a 24-pack for $11, and that just fits neatly into our vanity unit.

I did the Supermarket Safari this morning.
Not a toot roll in cooee.
But managed - a limit per customer of two boxes of Kleenex & 150 pristine white dine & dab table napkins.
Crisis avoided - I am now going to practice - panicking - or maybe not.
Perhaps just check the spare rooms of friends.

For some reason I can only post a link on the PC - not this droid - tech challenged here.
Read it on the news feed.
Apparently - it was left there for over 5 hours - oh brother.

No imagination.
The handy handbag - (never to be used again).
A surruptitious ' dump '.
Easy peasy.
