You do know that many teachers also wear ' dress up' during Children's Book Week?
I taught in a NSW High School for 30 years. The year Bill Clinton found himself in a bit of strife I went to the End Of Year 12 Social dressed as . . . . Monica Lewinsky! Had a black wig, makeup, wore a blue dress and (fake) pearl necklace. I even photocopied US$1 bills with a picture of Monica in place of Washington and handed them out to students throughout the night.
There are photos, but they will not be seen on these boards!
One of the Yr12 boys captains dressed as Bill Clinton. He even gave me a cigar. What a hoot!
Nobody was confused . . . not even the Yr7s, everyone knew who I was meant to be.

They were children - nowhere does it state ' little tiny anything '' or ' toddlers ' (who wouldn't even understand. LOL).
I wasn't just talking about one place. I'm talking about the practice in general. Here in this pro-drag queen clip you'll see babies, toddlers, pre-school, school' ge, you name it. All impressionable.
The Drag Queens Reading To Kids in Libraries18,980 views•Jul 8, 2020
"Tall Tales with True Queens" is a short film that offers a glimpse into a budding trend that is reshaping culture. Drag Queen Story Hour is a fresh addition to the lineup of children's rooms in a growing number of American public libraries nationwide. While young children embrace the sequins, bright colors and celebration of a spectrum of identity, certain adults are moved to outrage and protest.

I can't remember where it was but it was in the last 2 weeks I read of some drag queens who were reading to kids. They ended up doing some lewd dance or something. Anyway, below is an article Lyle Shelton..There's things about him I don't agree with and his type of conservatism may not sit well with how I see things. I am merely using his article as a source.
Please read his warning before proceeding.
Meet four drag queens reading to childrenPosted by Lyle Shelton on January 25, 2020The next "frontier" LGBTIQA+ activists boasted about in the 2017 marriage campaign is here. Warning: obscene drag queen imagery follows.
IN THE final weeks of the 2017 same-sex marriage campaign, prominent homosexual activist Benjamin Law wrote in his Quarterly Essay that redefining marriage was “far from the last frontier in the battle against homophobia”.
I’m not sure what he meant by “homophobia” because I don’t know anyone who has an irrational fear of same-sex attracted people.
I suspect it was a proxy for something else.
https://www.lyleshelton.com.au/meet_the_drag_queens_reading_to_children
To me, this is not appropriate. I have nothing against homosexuals, lesbians or people who cross dress for what ever reason. What I have an isssue with is children being force-fed this stuff.

@the_great_she_elephant wrOte:4channel wrote: Well, the_great_she_elephant, the difference between the Biblical miracles and occult like ouija board stuff etc. is like day and night. It is described as Jesus Christ vs Satan. Good vs pure evil.
So many people have ruined their own and their familie's lives by dabbling in the occult and the unknown. Some women who have dabbled in this stuff have been hurt and they live miserable lives.
That assumes that:
1)There actually is a God and a devil
2) That the occult is all a form of devil worship
3)The occult really has ruined the lives of 'so many people' and nobody's life has ever beeen made miserable by Christianity.
Reply
1. Many people believe there is. I see evidence to support their belief
2. Many aspects of the occult are devil worship. Other aspects are a lead-in
3. Yes the occult has ruined many lives. Christianity hasn't ruinedlives. It is the use of Christian facility for the
gain of an entity or organisation other than Christianity. And people serving their own or someone else's nefarious agenda have done so under the guise of Christianity.
@the_great_she_elephant wrOte:
I'll give you the Jonestown Massacre,
The Inquisition
The Salem Witch Trials
You give me some concrete examples of lives ruined by 'dabbling in the occult.'
Reply
* Even if the Jonestown was a cult just based on the Christian religion, Christianity has nothing to do with it. There is evidence that this may have been a CIA experiement. Was it part of Project MKUltra? Well, there's more than speculation .I don't know.. I haven't researched this. However there are books on this.
See JSTOR -

* The Inquisition was done by the Catholic Church which is a whole different religion to Protestant Christianity
* Salem Witch trials were done by Church of England Puritans. Totally different religion to Protestant Christianity.

@4channel wrote:QUOTE: Drag Queens are not tryng to pass themselves off as women - it's all about theatrical make-beieve. So if kids are going to be confused by that, then should we also ban 'dress-ups' in schools during Childrens Book Week? Aren't all those witches, wizards, pirates, cats in hats, equally 'confusing.' Specially if one of the girls decides to be a pirate or one of the boys dresses as a witch.
Even though I see the 4 people agreeing with you in kudos , I wonder how many of these Circle folk have really have thought about it. Well, the_great_she_elephant, I have to disagree. Drag queens are not about theatrical make believe. These are actual drag queens in the sexual sense! Cats in hats in a play are a different type of interaction than toddlers sitting on the floor listening to a reader viewed as a person of authority (Centre of attention) in an elevated position in the room.
Boys should be taught to be boys and girls should be taught to be girls when they are little. It's tragic when hearing of some parents deciding to raise a kid as gender neutral..I believe the term is a theybie.
Also I believe that homosexuals, lesbians and transvestites are people who have rights and should be treated fairly, I don't see why little impressionable minds should be force-fed this.
BTW: Some parents have been vocally concerned about children being part of activities involving witches and wizards as it seen as an introduction to the occult. I can sort of see their point actually. I know that many parents were concerned about Harry Potter books and films. And Halloween appears to be a concern as well.
EXACTLY WHAT is a" drag queen in the sexual sense"? You've never met any, have you? Nor do you have children, that's quite obvious. I'm beginning to think you're actually a bot.

@the_great_she_elephant wroteI have no idea what you mean by "in the sexual sense." Most drag queens are probably homosexual or bisexual but they are not, repeat NOT transexual They don't dress in drag because they want to be women, and they don't dress in drag to go shopping or
wash their floors. It is a performance!

Well, whatever the angle / whatever it is for the man who dresses up in woman's cllothes the question must be asked, why deliberately select drag queen / transvestite males to read stories to little children?

Well, that's OK. Female terachers should wear dresses during Children's Book week. Male teachers should dress as males.

:How exactly does one 'teach' boys to be boys and girls to be girls - Insist on train sets and cowboy suits for boys and dolls and princess dresses for girls
Reply
By not confusing them by having stories read to them by men dressed as women or having stories like The Gender Fairy or My Princess Boy etc.. read to them. Telling boys that they are boys and tellling girls that they are girls is a start.
@the_great_she_elephant wrote
So would you take your kids to a panto where the dame was played by a man and the principle boy was a girl in drag?
Reply
Probably not!
@the_great_she_elephant wroteAnd do you have an equal problem with young children being 'force fed' with bible stories?
Reply
I don't see it as being force fed. Australia is a predominantly Christian country with Christian values. I also see the great co-Abrahamic faiths such as Judaism and Islam as being compatible with that. I also recognise that Buddhism and Hinduism have a long history in Australia . These are all valid faiths and have similar moralistic goals, values and rewards.
Respect to the spiritual beliefs of First Australians as well.
The occult is not compatible with the values of the faiths I mentioned.
GLITCHING, little bot! You'd best take yourself in for maintenance before you break down completely!

The Drag Race star turned national treasure quoted Oscar Wilde, thanked the Spice Girls for empowering her to be whoever she wanted to be, and told children “it’s OK for boys to like boys, girls to like both, or to not even be a boy or a girl”.

So why do you think it;s OK for a drag queen to tell little developing kids “it’s OK for boys to like boys, girls to like both, or to not even be a boy or a girl”.?
BECAUSE IT IS OKAY.

But you're fine with force feeding them Christianity, which has caused harm to the very people you are vilifying an CLAIMING you have nothing against. Can you say"HYPOCRITE"? If not, I said it for you.
