And at what age do you think children should be told it's not really the stork that brings babies?

Most parents tell their kids where babies really come from. Most of those parents wouldn't want drag queens reading to their children either.  I don't know why you would ask icyfroth such a question

How many children have you known 4channel?

Apart from the fact that drag queens are men dressed as women, what else do you know about these story readings?  Have you ever been to a library when children's story time is in progress?

The story times that I have been associated with required parental permission for children to attend and parents were encouraged to be there too.  If they could not stay they must deliver the child/ren and pick them up afterwards.

The sessions were age appropriate so I was usually involved in 2 different sessions as there was a 4 year gap between my girls.   I usually took the younger girl and the elder girl went with a neighbour and her girl.

We had some amazing story tellers.....people who read the talking books for the blind, drama school students (including a couple who are well known on TV and radio now and one actor who is unashamedly gay now).

Unfortunately back in the 70s and 80s we were not lucky enough to score any drag queens....that would have been amazing.

And guess what....nothing untoward happened at all.....and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Hopefully not many, because I strongly doubt he'd pass the working with children check.

Well, while it is admirable in (some eyes) that members of the Circle here want to defend the lovely drag queen story time to little kids, they don't defend the truth about fluoridation, genetic modification, cell phone tower radiation and chemicalization.

It seems quite strange that some of these here folk who love kids so much to support & praise the beautification and expansion of their minds with "Drag Queen Story Time"  do not care about the dangers of fluuoride, chemicals, radiation, GM food etc. on a young developing human being. Something just doesn't sit right here. Smiley Frustrated

Damned if I know what it is.

I recently had the first local 5G tower installed in my back yard. I was given $5,000 tax free. Who would say no to $5,000??? I'm loving it. There is nothing more soothing, than the buzzing of my non electric toothbrush, while cleaning my teeth with Colgate Fluorogard.

It's a feeling I'd never felt before, even with "Buzzy" that lives in the top drawer of my bedside table. Then when I rinse with my fluordated water, OMG, it's orgasmic. I'm thinking about inviting the local drag queens around, with all the neighbourhood kids. I reckon everyone should feel the buzz of love!

My dentist is hating it, because I'm now cleaning my teeth 45 times a day.

As for radiation, talk to Mr Tippy, who had 30 extremely high doses of radiation to his neck. I don't think there were any obvious long term side effects, but he seems to love wearing women's clothing now. He keeps stretching my bras out of shape! Damn you radiation.

Geez Tippy - it's been really nice - but you do realise you are well on the way to becoming a genetically modified brussel sprout.

So, Elvis is wearing swimming togs. Yeah and that's way they looked like back then.

And some Circle members & ad-hoch or ad-sock members are getting desperate in searching for an Elvis in underwear during a de-lousing session and other stuff..

And while they are doing this, the drag-queen gay mardi gras culture is being presented to toddlers and early school age children.

Yeah, that was a very successful deflection manoeuvre of She-el's, making a comparison between Elvis's pelvis action and the oscene and overt genital thrusting action by some of the participants in the Mardi Gras, 4channel.

There's no comparison, of coursed.

Elvis did not dress in women's clothing, and he did not read storybooks to children in libraries. nor was his form of entertainment directed at children.

Of course the other side of that argument is that maybe we are the ones defending the truth. (though I don't think anyone here is overly enthusiastic about GM food.)

Oh, but Ele, GM cherries, they don't come any better! So plump, juicy and delicious. Please don't advocate that we go back to non GM cherries. Disgusting little suckers they were.

Then there is GM mac n cheese. YUMMO!

That suits me. Sprouts are without a doubt, my absolute favourite vegetable of all time. Followed very closely by cauliflower, spuds and punkin. I'd love to be able to gnaw off an arm or a leg when I didn't know what to have for dinner. GM doesn't bother me, I am not a foil hat wearer.

Sorry about going off topic, but it seems that it's allowed in this forum.............by some anyway.

No there is no comparison - Mardi Gras - isn't exactly a read in the library.
