Not making sense, the article doesn't say anything about him breaking that vow, he was simply being honest about his sexuality and you questioned how he would know without having a sexual experience.

By the way, I think I have mentioned this before, one of my friends has a mother who was a nun and her father was a priest, she would have loved to have been raised by them however they were deceptive and she was adopted out, she still goes to mass and doesn't blame every priest for what happened to her.

 I've actually never mentioned this before, but a friend on my uncle's brother-in-law's cousin had a gay nephew who was seduced by his own older brother. He never blamed it on the priesthood either.
