And yes I am serious.............

Oh good more about chicken.
Hopefully, I won't be shown the door, lol.
Put chicken in the icebox right away is what I'd say.

Mine is always cold by the time it's ready to store.
My question is about rinsing milk jugs.
If you rinse a cold milk jug in cold water so the milk fat doesn't stick what do you rinse a hot milk jug in?

Ice box = fridge? So when its hot?
Karli - so when its cold?
OMG - ha ha
And Karli - what is a milk jug? When do you use that? Do you put milk in it and put it on table?? What for?

Who has left over roast chicken?

The only part of a roast chicken left over here is the bones.
Oh and the best part of a chicken is the bum.

Freddie said bum
As long as the chicken isn't hot straight from the oven, by the time you go to put the rest away, it will be fine to put straight into the fridge/icebox.
Tip - It's easier to take the meat off the carcass when warm rather than the next day. So I usually put all the meat in a snap lock container.
Lasts longer if I forget about it for a day or so.

Yes, straight in fridge because by the time you get home, it has cooled down a bit.

its safer to put it straight in the fridge.
