I am going to need a scotch, or two, before I can start making dinner tonight.
My OH has bought some lambs fry disgusting stuff, that he wants for dinner. I will have to google to find out how to cook it and get a gas mask for the smell.
Anyone else have things they don't like cooking?

well done Jean.........
I LOVE lambs fry and bacon along with fried tomato.....yes it is full of iron...I was aneamic a while back and had that for breakfast at least once per week and my aneamia has gone away......
Just don't overcook the liver....roll in flour and cook for about 4 mins on either side on low heat.....otherwise it gets so dry and tuff.

How much is a lambs fry nowadays? I remember it being fairly cheap but back then lamb shanks were really cheap too.

Glad I could help, Jean ๐
I do like some offal ... I was searching earlier today for kidneys to make a steak and kidney pie and I couldn't find any.
I make a good chicken liver pate ... I like making stock with chicken bits and frames ... I sometimes cook an Arabic chicken liver dish with lemon and onions ...
