Not sure if this has been done on here before but thought it may be interesting.
My bill was $460.44 with all the mod cons used, dishwasher reverse cycle air con most nights electric cooking, hot water, Outside lights on few hours of a night, washing a few loads a day, Air con used few hours most days. We don't use the dryer. We watch TV 1hr each night for the news and then its turned off as we dont allow the children to watch it, They have to do school work and bible study.
We mainly only use electricity from 5-10pm and around 2hrs of a morning as we work full time and children are in before and after school care as well attending church Saturday as well sport and church/bible study on sunday's so roughly the same times each day we use the electricity, The fridge/freezer obviously going 24/7
We don't have a gas connection where we live.

You know its a bit rough to call other peoples beliefs a fairytale, just because you don't believe it. You don't have to agree with what others believe, but if you can play nice...

How old are your children dianne? Will they be allowed to have time in their strictly controleed schedule for boy/girl friends when they are older?

mmm interesting, so your kids get home from school, lets say 4pm from the hours between 4 and 8pm they have 3 hours of study ect. so that makes it 7pm in that last hour they have tea watch the news for 1 hour , discuss the news , find info as well re- questions they may have, plus have a shower.
totally amazing , how do they do it all in that last hour I assume they also would have to do the dishes as well in that 1 hour period.?
Remember now if you are going to tell a story you better make it good

You need to factor in after school care as well Latina;-), in the late afternoon/evening schedule. Parents work full time so children wouldn't be picked up till at least 5.30pm.
