I can just imagine the conversation at the dinner table that night when the inevitable question was asked at dinner โHow did you day go at work todayโ
Maybe those that didn't pass or survive the examination ended up on the menue.
I'd be hoping the inspector was not the cook.

Maybe they gave them enemas and just needed to check that the "coast was clear".
Just one pigeon can make a bit of a mess.
Bad enough if you're a spectator looking up to watch (with or without hat and sunnies), but it would also be a bit disrespectful if they got it on the flag....
Wouldn't want to wash that after 10,00 pigeons had flown above it.
BTW, any reason they specifically used pigeons? Butterflies and doves too cliche?

It's an old ploy....
They have been doing the same checks with sheep in NZ for over 200 years .... Not one woolly terrorist has yet been
discovered yet they remain diligent..... or should that digitalent

It's a big story

Jokes aside though...this is an extremely serious matter
.... I had a Tallowood explode the other day and I thought it was a Magpie
...but now I am pretty sure it was actually a pigeon in a burqa
