The post said chickens, not chicken meat.

Whatever form the chicken at time of transport, they don't want it to come into contact with the pigs.

what is the opposite of 'choice'?

In the context of products for sale in you local supermarket I guess the oposite of choice would be monopoly. For example Coles and Woolies seem to be pushing more and more of their homebrand products so the choice of alternative brands is becoming more and more restricted,. Which is why I don't shop at Coles or Woolies if I can help it.

anyway, back to the context of this

discussion:

The whole point of Halal certification is that the product is labelled and identifiable, but I suppose anyone unable or unwilling to read labels before buying might complain they were being conned into donating.

not all products that are certified

are labelled.

What I said but she won't or can't see it.

What a storm in a teacup.

So glad the other typo in my post wasn't jumped on. Typically, the content is irrelevant, it seems.

Re: Four Corners tonight on Halal

Since when did you need a halal certificate if you're driving a truck? 😄

Maybe if he had a trucking company.  There is no way that story is true.

Did you pick up that story on facebook?

This reminds me so much of thoughtful$poster.  Remember when he spoke to that man at the pub that spoke to his neighbour that worked with a man who's brother.... ?
