Well that's what I thought but wasn't sure Az, I know cat has a kind heart 🙂 It's just been full on having a go at Christians around here lately which is such a shame. Intelligent discussion is good but not continual having a go and annoying people who we know will respond and be hurt at the end of the day.  (not directed at you cat)

 I would hope we are all mature enough to respect one anothers belief systems even if we don't agree...

Yet that is exactly what she has done in addition to taking the Mickey out of peeps attempting to have a discussion about a topic which interests them. So because it wasn't a topic of discussion of interest to her, instead of stepping away from the computer and doing whatever a person who practices Buddhism does, she chose to take the mickey.

Yes, yes, I get the whole Bob beating up on the Christians and Catholics in particular and challenging their views and beliefs gets a bit tiresome, but without establishing at least a belief that Jesus did in fact die and was resurrected in body and spirit, then the discussion of the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin is really irrelevant.

However, what does annoy me is endless posts of bible scripture. I'd rather here about peoples own views and feelings on how their religion/beliefs make them feel i.e supported, comforted, inspired, fearful, joyful ...

That's fine..... however, some people don't feel the same way...... I confess I skim posts and sometimes ignore some......easier, causes me less angst....

I am sure if anyone posted a thread about the above, others would join in. We can't all be interested in the same things....
