Hi Bluecat I'm good. How are you? What have I missed?

I'm doing okay. Survived the xmas anxiety overload. Found out last year that the sciatica that I have treated over the past ten years or so is actually a spinal fracture but physio and greater awareness reading the signs that my body gives so that I don't overdo things have helped a lot. Frustrating but too bad, it is what it is. Still overrun by crazy cats - I four now- and I wouldn't want it any other way. How are your cats going? I've been involved with asylum seeker/refugees which I had to step away from for a few weeks because it was doing my head in. Ummm, what else? I've been single for eighteen months now and am enjoying it most of the time. I'm still at that stage of missing him intensely from time to time but, you know, its one of things that you can either learn from and grow or stagnate. I've chosen the former. My kids have all flown the nest and are thriving. Overall, life is actually not too bad.

Hello! Im good thanks cat_mioux..things certainly have their own momentum..

I think, for me, 2016 is going to be a big year.

Change is inevitable- I guess its good to be pro active at times, and then, at other times, go with the flow..bit like catching a wave..theres always potential for movement..
