wouldn't be put up for scrutiny would it

as far as i'm concerned if you are game to put up bits and pieces of your personal life on public boards then you should be tough enough to cop the flack

I guess that depends on what the flack is? If it entails flack that is illegal or immoral, then no, you shouldn't have to put up with the flack. Like stalking, garnering info not available from here, contacting people you may know, relatives, employers, employees, social groups, other forums.....

I would debate that the term "community spirit" ever really applied to this place at all!....... It never made sense.
