Re: Hi, my names Charlie, Ex- Racing greyhound

he has a couple of toys, the first one was a big soft one he turned into a mess of fluff n cloth

Guess he's not into cuddle toys like Leroy was.

Maybe he'll learn (hopefully)

as long as he doesnt mistake rosie for a cuddly toy

hes absolutly fine with her so far, not even a growl

I had thought of that but didn't want to mention it.

They are trained to chase and try to catch furry things after all.

But I'm sure they would have made sure he was good with cats, just like Leroy was.

charlie is fitting in really well, has stopped chewing up stuff he shouldnt. gets regular chew treats some days a pigs ear, others a rawhide chew or just a dog bone biscuit or a chicken jerky treat

and rosie doesnt mind him now at all

He looks as though he’s having some sort of blissful treatment at a doggie spa, stretching out to enjoy his relaxing time to the max.

Hi David,

I'm glad Charlie's stopped chewing everything.  He really does look super relaxed and Rosie looks perfectly contented too.  It hasn't taken him very long to settle in at all - you must be doing something right🤗
