I've been reading, and watching shows about food around the world, it's diversity and its similarities. And with Christmas coming, I thought I'd ask what your favorite special to the holidays dish is?

One of mine is Whoopee pies, one of my DILs is from Pennsylvania Dutch country and she makes them for us only at Christmas. They are so goood!

Been on the Spirit  both 1 and 2 half a dozen times now.

Can't cause much havoc.    The bar limits you on how much you can order.

First time I thought we'd have to play Jenga with the car in the morning, the waves were so huge.

Tip - get a cabin.  Those chairs look very uninviting.  And a cabin in the middle, not up the front.  Up the front is the worst place for highs and lows.

Although......they've had overhauls since I was last on one of them............

Didn't mean to put you off the boat.  It's a much better way to bring home carp souvenirs, like foodstuffs -they have great food down there.  No weight restrictions.

Their whole industry is tourism and it reflects in the people.  Lovely place lovely people.

But, you might want to leave it a while yet.

The Pilates Bar - still have to get up the courage to watch the workout.

Hey stawks, no no no;  it has to have a dome because it's a bread, not a cake.

The dome gets hacked off first and sliced up into miniature pieces to circumvent mass gobblings ...  Smiley Very Happy

EXACTLY! I am so pleased, it looks JUST like mine!  As for snickerdoodles, DIL will have a recipe, I'll ask her or granddaughter tomorrow( for me, tomorrow means after sleeping at night, I live on an oddball schedule) , okay?
