Cleaning schedule...I'm hopeless,need help

I am OCD about my kitchen, it must be all clean before i go to bed, I must wipe the benches down every time I make a coffee.

The rest of the house can wait.

I used to change the sheets every week but now there is just me every two weeks.

Even then they are not dirty just darn black cats hair 🙂

I hate oven cleaning so try not to use it.

I vacuum some times once a week but am getting lazy because it hurts my back.

Toilet is cleaned often with bleach.

Bathroom sink drives me crazy, if I open the window in there sand dust comes in.

Some times I dust one day and vacuum the next, I really hate house work and wish some one would come once a week to clean for me.

Had a fabulous house keeper when I worked 6 days a week, then she went to live in Perth, after her no one was of the same standard so I did it myself.

My daughter keeps a box of tissues

Next to her bathroom sink and cleans it every time

She washes her hands

Dishes go straight from the table to dishwasher

Never in the sink

And she is so nice and sweet

Never says a bad word about

Anyone

Pretty near prefect

And you could see this in her

From a very young age

My mother used to say

"He was hiding behind the

Door when they were handing

Out good looks"

I guess you could apply that

Philosophy to all aspects of 

Life

Including housework 

And it does seem to run in 

Circles 

My grandmother was untidy

My mother was over the top

I hate housework

My daughter loves it

So very easy solution to the problem

We lead such a busy life and have many visitors (some unexpected) so Mr. Tas a I do a kind of "spring clean" on the first day of each season right throughout the house.  He starts one end and I start the other, meeting in the middle.   It becomes a kind of fun thing to see who gets to the middle first.  Window cleaning every two seasons. sometimes contracted out.

In between though, I keep up with the bathroom/toilet cleaning quickly each morning, and the kitchen takes care of itself as I clean up as it goes.   Quick mops and dusts here and there takes care of the rest.

When things are totally frenetic, as is often, the house is told to look after itself .....

The house already has a fresh coat of paint........

My sister mows my lawns.....

I visit my FIL at 4pm daily and assist with dinner at the nursing home...

My dog has very short legs and is old.......

If I cook a roast, it would dirty the oven..... but I do have a curry simmering in the slow cooker.

One has to wonder about a disposition

To opposition
