Campbell Newman......
He has come to Bundaberg many times since the floods along with Tony Abbott... KRudd is yet to visit once... and since Rudd did not sign off on a lot of relief money he probably won't be well received if he does visit.
Anyway.. back to Mr Newman.... he has made some fantastic changes for our region and today he made a big announcement today that will create 500 jobs for the area...
I was very impressed with Mr Newman and feel very happy that my vote went to such an amazing man.
And for those that want to cry about the cuts I suggest you all look at the latest stats and see how much QLD has grown in the last 12 or so months. Jobs and growth are above and beyond what the rest of the countries growth has been.

Iza - it was the double standards that I was laughing at .....

me too Meep .That's what I am talking about.
re the carbon tax under 'the Government I lead' ...it was a hung parliament and negotiations happened as a result .
did Tony Abbott say
if you want to put a price on carbon why not do it with a tax ?

You were not laughing, I was!!
According to you, our Country's Prime Ministers deserve to be respected because of the position they hold.
This may no longer be your position when our Prime Mister is Tony Abbott!
See???
That's what I meant by double standards.

I have never been an Australian citizen in such a situation as this where a PM is elected (and others booted) with the assistance of smear and the editing of the media....media who give opinion rather than facts as they wish
and are an insult if I may be free to say so say ...to the word and the meaning of democracy.

You were CatsBack longer than you have been Catmad so it isn't surprising that your ID is still recalled as such. I doubt if iza is doing it on purpose as there would be no reason to do it.
Cat was catmad before and after catsback if I remember correctly (cat may want to confirm that if correct).
I asked yesty why someone was calling her catsback and they replied to my post but still using that old ID today. It is not that hard to use the correct ID name from the post.

I was catmad back in 2009... have used variations of catmad since then with a few other names... but the majority of the time a version of catmad has always been what I have used...
I changed from catmad for a while because people shortened it to CM and there are a few CM's around... I never knew if comments were directed at me or not. now I don't care.. I don't as much from here as I use to...

Generally speaking I find it very odd when someone continues to use a past ID for another poster (selectively, they don't do it for others). The new ID is on every post they make. There are no rules as to how many times you can change your ID either.
I had to shorten this ID as others were confusing me with azure (not that that is a bad thing).

I find so much odd ...would you please clarify these rules ?
