I wonder if Scomo has discussed the current parliament rape allegations with

Christian Porter is too busy prosecuting a whistleblower and his lawyer in a secret trial instead of dragging the culprits (John Howard and Alexander Downer) to court for bugging Timor Leste's Parliament House.
No allegations here. Fact.

and this is "gold standard"  when an NRL player has been accused but not charged with a  serious action (especially involving

females) that may harm the integrity

of the game and the team involved......

https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2020/oct/02/police-nrl-investigate-very-serious-sam-burgess-allega...

The player knows how important it is to maintain the integrity of the "game" and the "team"  so to save the guessing they man up and

trust that any investigation official or internal will be fair and provide an outcome. There are many examples of named players either

being cleared or charged....

Of course those of the legal bent....could just be very sorry

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-06-22/former-high-court-judge-sexually-harrassed-several-associates...

"We have strengthened our policies and training to make clear the importance of a respectful workplace at the Court and we have made sure there is both support and confidential avenues for complaint if anything like this were to happen again."

Federal Attorney-General Christian Porter said the investigation was a matter for the High Court to deal with.

"The High Court is entirely independent of executive government which independence extends to the management and response to matters such as this," Mr Porter said.

"I have been made aware as a courtesy by the court of the issue and how it is being managed."
