Well no, there wouldn't be because a Muslim is one who follows the religion of Islam, regardless of what ethnic and cultural group he/she belongs to..
Strictly speaking I'm not sure that an atheist can call him/hersef a Christian since the word christ means the anointed one or Messiah, but one could certainly follow the teachings of Jesus whithout believing in God.
That's why I've always said that the term Christian is a meaningless term. If the definition of a Christian is someone who follows the teaching of Jesus, who essentially just taught the Golden Rule which exists in every society then everyone is a Christian.

well, evidently they do exist.
there are christian atheists, jewish atheists,
buddhist atheists.
since the only countries where apostasy is
a crime often punishable by death are muslim -
i imagine that is the reason there are no
muslim atheists.

No, I think one has to accept that Jesus was the son of god and died for our sins etc etc to be defined as being Christian. Ask the Christians; they're sure to know better than I do. 😉

oh but there are muslim atheists.
what they do is either leave the country to take refuge in a western country or go along with the mumbo jumbo hoping that no one notices that they reached enlightment.
sometimes they just die because they couldn't hide their opinions well enough.

Why? What's going to happen if you don't?
