Yeah I haven't looked around much yet but I did end up in one place where the language and personal attacks were pretty vulgar. But the other place seems fine. Not that I've seen much of it but what I have seen is much like CS. I guess over-moderated and under-moderated are both problems. Still I think CS became extremely over-moderated and look what happened.

I have been around the forums in one guise or another, long enough to remember many of the posters mentioned, but not long enough to be part of the furniture here. I only post here occasionally as I get a bit tired of the gang mentality attacking anyone with a slightly different view point to the gang. You have the "feminatzi gang", the "PC brigade" and the "Labor lubbers". Intelligent discussion and rational debate is drowned out by rah, rah, rah, rhetoric and reporting. ( and lets not forget the dreaded "spelling police" LOL ) Anything to silence the decenter of discussion.
Whilst I don't mind a bit of robust debate and probably enjoy " poking the possum " occasionally I just find a nice Scotch and Coke and a footy final on TV a bit more appealing at times than talking to idealogues with closed minds.. This is especially true when the emporer clearly has no clothes on, but no-one wants to admit to seeing his little wi!!y. Everyone just go along pretending everything is OK and howl down anyone who says " I,ve seen it, its scrawny, wrinkly and ugly "............ "Nothing to see here folks, move along, move along chant the gang all in one voice." ( and by the way, we,ve reported your post cause we didnt like what you said !!!! )
If you think the community board is slow, take a peek at the Powerseller forum. Again the gang mentality ( Hi horse ) could have been one factor contributing to newer members avoiding the place. Combined with the reduction in number of powersellers around now and the place is a ghost town.

Chameleon, I don't think you've checked recently.
All the rah rah argumentative button pushers have mostly disappeared.
Not much debate left here
And the Power Sellers board has always been boring IMO.
And, remember, only Power Sellers can see it.
