The virus moves because people move it.
If people stop moving the virus dies.
That's all there is to it.
Which is why we are at the stage we are now because people refuse to stop moving, ships were passengers
allowed in and further cases would come from flights coming in and they have to self isolate but need to get
home first and get supplies so will be active before they can isolate.

kazumi.. I hope you have watched tonight's 60 minute on TV. The latter part of the show. China did not mishandled the epidemic? They just lied through their teeth, that's all. To the WHO and God knows to who else. Is that not enough? The word is death, not deah.
No, i did NOT watch 60 minutes. Since when is 60 minutes considered reliable source of information?
Thanks for letting me know I made a typo.

It looks like India could be a lot worse then the US:

Most COVID-19 cases appear to be spread from people who have symptoms. A small number of people

All about Covid- 19
https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Infectious/alerts/Pages/coronavirus-faqs.aspx#1-3Just a minor update : Corvid-19 is the disease - so you suffer from rather than being infected by . SARS-CoV-2 is the virus which infects , so causing the Covid-19 disease.
cheers
The link to that article is above so no good telling me so you better let NSW Health know that they are wrong and
you are right and that they and everyone else is using wrong terminology.
You should then let every website that uses the wrong terminoligy know that they are wrong as well and as just
about every website uses Corona virus or Covid-19 in their articles it should keep you busy fro a while.
Because thay are talking about the disease not the virus

It came across as you having a go at me so next time clarrify that you were having a go at the link and everyone
uses Coronavirus (COVID-19) when they talk about the virus so going by anything else is pointless as most
people wouldn't recognise SARS-CoV-2 as part of the Coronavirus.

Is pointless to the general public - although I think people should be aware of that small detail -
SARS-CoV-2 virus + infection + bodies response = disease called Covid-19
Most people attend a football match to watch a football game ( read about the disease ) rather than attend a game to watch a particular player ( read about the virus) , however some have an interest in the player

No they don't as it's just you being pedantic about something that's of no interest to anyone else as calling it a
SARS related virus will/might only confuse people into thinking that it's a SARS outbreak.
Hence why the Government and Health EXPERTS keep calling it Cononavirus or COVID-19
Most people attend a football match to watch a football game ( read about the disease ) rather than attend a game to watch a particular player ( read about the virus) , however some have an interest in the player
All the other information is out there so if they have an interest then they can read it there.

I do watch news on the ABC, SBS, American ABC or AlJazeera. Plus I subscribe to NY Times, and various scientific publications.
60 minutes is an entertainment; they are not journalists. Journalist report events, 60 minutes creates stories albeit based on something real, but basically they make it contraversial to attract vewer and make money for their network.
