The virus moves because people move it.
If people stop moving the virus dies.
That's all there is to it.
Which is why we are at the stage we are now because people refuse to stop moving, ships were passengers
allowed in and further cases would come from flights coming in and they have to self isolate but need to get
home first and get supplies so will be active before they can isolate.

Peoples self interest has high enertia and difficult for outside influences to change behavior unless there is a believed sense of impending serious loss or dread.
Please learn to spell. And construct sentences.
what word do you not understand ?
"enertia" is one word I don't understand.
oh , inertia , in context , you are wondering whether i know the intended meaning ? in context is meant to convey the reluctance of those in power to change conditions required for an ideal outcome before obvious and significant damaging events.
For example is we observed virus damage of China and the need to close our borders with strict travel restrictions , however due to bureaucratic inertia will did not do that until many of the citizens returning from overseas proved infected and so created a observable local crisis

I think a Dictionary is out - perhaps a Thesaurus.

There ya go again.
Inertia simply means to do nothing. Not waffle on with gobbledegook

I'm starting to think English is not the first language, but he's trying to impress.
Oh, and I have priority service from Woolies
Can I ask if you have received confirmation of your priority service? I applied for someone days ago, but have received no information back.

Gobbledegook - could be a ' first ' language.
From ' Gobbledom '.

No confirmation in writing, as yet.
But I put an order in, and according to what came up at checkout, I don't think I would've been able to continue if I wasn't on their priority list.
I could be wrong Someone better screenshot that, it doesn't happen often

If you have registered - I think the way it works - is do your order - you will be shutdown if not within the needs limits.
Give it a try.

Great, thanks Stawks. At least I know that no reply does not necessarily mean it was rejected.
