We can thank Kevin Rudd for this stunning victory and I have no trouble doing that.

Well done Kevvie, you started the ball rolling and now Japan has to cease their horrific killing of these majestic creatures.

If Australia was able to stop it over there, why can't we and all the other countries? I watched a documentary on it and I know everyone here is against it....a lot donate money to stop it, but it still goes on.

I might have been kidding about bombing their ships, but when I saw how skirt the law claiming it was for scientific research...I can't say I wouldn't have sank their ships if able.

Jimmy, the Sea Shepherd crew has been battling Japanese whaling ships for many years, they've risked their lives numerous times been jailed etc. etc. but always kept on with their cause no matter what, maybe we need more like them to take a strong stand.?
The scientific research has always been just an excuse for fishing, sort of a loop hole. I just hope the Japanese don't find another way around the international courts ruling.

Yes, they were featured in the Documentary.

I was mad about the hunting, but that part really made my blood boil. Between that and the Rhino horn thing...*sees red*

So I was really glad to see you guys made some progress, and with that I think others will follow!

Now we have to stop Japan and Dubai from putting whale sharks in those 2 massive acquariums, they only last 3 months then they die, it makes me sick to think abbout it.
