OMG, that John is soooo frustrating.
He doesn't listen and then still doesn't listen and smiles.
I know, so you don't hear that voice again. 
I also think Matthew is a deserved winner. 
When I watch Matthew cook, its as if hes understanding that he needs to be more creative and he problem solves quite quickly without panicking.
Billie is able to act like that seemlessly- shes very instinctive and clever..it obviously helps that shes also cool under pressure.
