OMG, that John is soooo frustrating.

He doesn't listen and then still doesn't listen and smiles.

Yeah it was good. They all did really well and fitted into the role of chefs very quickly.

Looks like a hard pressure test for the three.  I know the two I want to stay.

I think Jessica really let them down tonight by picking the wrong dish. It should have been a real team game.  The only person that had the right dish was Georgia but Jessica got it wrong by choosing the mains.  If she had gone with the fish then the two best contestants could have held it together with dishes that they were more than capable of.  Reynold dessert and Billy mains.

This challenge was never about who had the best dish but who coped and made it a great service.

Having said that, Billy killed it and the result was stuffed with a green entrée winning the challenge.

Disappointed with the result - Billie really 'knocked it out of the park' as they are wont to say.  She willingly helped Reynold as soon as he asked but Georgia had to clean her bench down before she went to help Jessica. Where were her priorities? Not a real team player from where I sit.

Perhaps my opinion is 'coloured' by the monochrome dish - didn't like it in the master class and didn't like it tonight.

Please let it be Jessica who goes home tomorrow!

I wanted Jessica and Reynold before, but she's just dropped the ball.

She didn't go over and talk to the fridge tonight,   lol

I thought Georgia sabotaged Jessica.  I really thought she was the one

that dropped the leeks on the floor.

I know I'm being ultra picky but, in a real kitchen, which they were, you're not

allowed to have swinging hair, like Billie's dragging through the food.

Nor are you allowed to wear earrings or false eyelashes like Georgia

and Jessica.  Even Maccas won't allow it.

So why did George allow it in his restaurant?  Just for the show?

And Reynold could have used a Martha Stewart trick to peel all that

black garlic

Good show last night, and can definitely recommend Press Club to Mr Stawka!Though theres a heartier menu at Hellenic Republic..(its quite noisy though)

Im with you stawka, Billies hair needs to be braided or something- in a ponytail, its so long it still kind of drapes..

Could see it coming a mile off- that Georgias dish would be chosen, and I think she dropped Jessicas canneloni as well?-but it might have been the camera angle..

Hoping that Jessica is knocked out, then Georgia and its a duel between Billie and Reynold. Im happy if either of them won it- they are both deserving..and both will do really well after the show..no doubts...

She's not dumb at all - knows exactly what she's doing.

Look at her choices in the cook-off against Shannon.

She left him with very little to work with

I think Jessicas food will be really good, even great, in time- it seems like shes got great ability to get big flavour out of her ingredients- I would definitely visit her restaurant..and Billies, and Reynolds..but not Georgias- Im not into prissy food with delicate petals- what was she thinking with that wooden spoon effort? pmsl..I had a strong feeling it would be a fail- and Gary called it so..
