That's because you're a responsible cat owner,(we used to have cats and each and everyone of them killed
animals even though they were well fed and their dishes always had food in them).
They just killed any small animal that came into the back yard and when we moved to the farm the male use
to escape to hunt bush rats and rabbits and the others it was birds and lizards,(my OH said it's part of nature
but when the last one died I said that I'd had enough and didn't want another killer),

It will never happen as there is to much money,tourism,etc for the state/government involved.
I prefer they stop all hurdle events as they have a higher chance of a horse breaking down and stand some
chance of getting shut down.
