only the victims and their loved ones matter.
it will be forever, if ever we get to find out what really happened inside the shop.

In the investigation, is is vitally important to know the blood, brain (etc.) test results of the gunman, so that the investigation will be held asap. Much less important to know those details of others. I can't understand why you don't see that.

OMG has anyone seen the Dailey Telegraph cartoon from Warren in today's paper?
His cartoon has a Judge dressed in his garb holding the door open on the door reads Court Exit, and he's holding the door open for a figure dressed in the garb Monis was dressed in carrying a bag with a rifle in it with the caption
"Just heading over to the chocolate shop can I get you anything?"

I dont give a dam about the gun man and its not going to make the slightest difference to anything is it.
A timely process for the victims and their families is important, I cant understand why you dont understand that

It can't be "timely" until the proper work is done. Do you want the victims and their families to wait and wait?
I can't understand why you don't understand that.

It will make a huge difference to the investigation and the correct procedures.
The victims have been processed and no doubt families will be making their own arrangements already. I just hope it doesn't become another media circus.

AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP ACT 2007 - SECT 34
Revocation by Minister--offences or fraud
subsection (8); and
(c) the Minister is satisfied that it would be contrary to the public interest for the person to remain an Australian citizen.

The word 'and' there indicates that one of the previous points (which you omitted) must be met first???
What did that guy do before the siege that would have warranted his citizenship being revoked in the public interest? Accessory to murder, sexual assaults? There are many who have commited the same crimes, Aust born and new citizens.
The only thing he had been charged with (and convicted?) was writing the letters to parents of soldiers killed.. and he was appealing that again for the umpteenth time.

as of 13 Feb 2014
http://www.citizenship.gov.au/current/losing_citizenship/
If you became a citizen by application you can have your citizenship taken away if you are found to have committed a serious criminal offence prior to gaining citizenship. Australian citizenship can be revoked if:
- you have been convicted of making a false statement or representation in relation to your application to become an Australian citizen
- you are convicted of a serious criminal offence at any time prior to becoming a citizen involving a sentence of 12 months or more
- your approval to become an Australian citizen was gained as a result of migration-related fraud
- your approval to become an Australian citizen was gained as a result of third party fraud; for example, fraudulent conduct by a migration agent in the citizenship application
- it would be contrary to the public interest for you to remain an Australian citizen.
An Australian citizen by birth cannot have their Australian citizenship revoked. Similarly, a person conferred citizenship, after fully disclosing all relevant factors, cannot have their Australian citizenship revoked.
People who have their citizenship revoked can be removed from Australia.
ChildrenChildren under the age of 18 may also have their citizenship revoked unless the other responsible parent is an Australian citizen or the child would become stateless.
"am*3" the red bit does not mean you cannot have your citizenship revoked at all. It means you must have told the truth and not lied or hidden anything on your application or not been acriminal ect.
I know that, everything you pointed out is in the post above. There are several dot points there that mention the criminal aspect. It is also mentioned in the part I have now put in green font.
Key words: prior to gaining citizenship.
Did Mr Monis do any of those things in the dot points? If he did wouldn't that have been discovered earlier than after 18 years of living here?
