I hope they don't get in contact with the previous owner to advise him of their intentions.

Another thing the RE would have keys belonging to here which by rights should have been handed over to us.

Change the locks freddie. It might be a bit more expense but it would be worth it for peace of mind. You don't know who else might have access to the keys.

If you think they may still have some keys it might be worth while getting a locksmith to alter your locks.............cheaper than replacing them.

Yes, depending on the type of lock you can change the barrels only so it takes a different key.
It can be done by a competant handyman but if in any doubt get a locksmith.

Hey punch....had a look at the cafe. Looks like too short screws were used to fix the plaster. New owners 2 months ago poor things and centre management giving them a hard time. Surprised the whole centre isn't closed until a full inspection has taken place. They are currently trying to cover it all with black plastic.
Warm day here with a cool change expected.
Creeps have been tagging houses in the area. So many dogs being taken from everywhere:(

No asbestos I hope in the ceiling that came down ๐
at my local shops the signage came down from one shopfront, taking a little of the support down too. There were asbestos guys in hazmat suits hosing it down and clearing it up.

We are looking at replacing the front door at some stage the outside around the bottom has weathered and by the looks of it can't really be fixed. If they attempt to enter our home without our permission I see big trouble, I shouldn't need to go to the expense of changing locks due to their incompetance.
