My day

After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

Re: My day

I have a bad back and it might make life easier. Thinking the bathroom he doesn't use. Still leaves a normal one but gives the option. Would keep the original fittings in case I hated it too.

Re: My day

Wonderful invention those shampoo sets. Use mine for washing the dog too....they can skake all they like and it stays confined, no more wiping down a whole bathroom lol

Great for the children too who find it helps washing their hair with controlled water ratger than it spilling over the faces. Mine was not expensive is still a water saver and has a massage setting too.

When we updated the showerheads went with the normal ones as hubby not a fan of the hose style. Maybe while he is away I can change one over huh? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh, another thought, when we redid the shower base and the vanities, we thought we would be trendy and use those pop up ones instead of the normal plug style!

DON'T! they are the biggest pain and if the rubber perishes, it can get stuck (and hair removal is a big nuisance.)

Re: My day

Azureline, when you changed over the shower head, did it reduce the water pressure?  I put one in the boys bathroom to make the shower easier to clean but now the water doesn't seem to come out at the same pressure.

I'd like to put one in my bathroom too but I like the good strong water pressure in there and I don't want to have to run around to catch the drips.

Re: My day

My new one has the same water rating as the old one, so no, still the same. In fact better shower, as the head is bigger on this one.

Was your old one fitted with the water saver?

Re: My day

I don't think so.  It was just your stock standard cheap shower head that was put in when the house was being built.

Take it off and make sure there is no little cap causing a slow flow. Mr friend had a similar issue caused by the teflon tape being half across the pipe. Once removed great flow pressure
