Talking old furniture, it's so tempting when you check ebay and find some beautiful things locally. I start thinking, now if I moved that here and that there would it fit here. Then I get all sensible and click out of what I was looking at.![]()

Oh tell me about it Freddie, there are a cpl of FB "for sale" sites down my way, that always have some beautiful furniture, mantels etc etc for sale on them. I have to sit on my fingers quite often. Someone was selling an old wool press, now that would have some history

Freddie release me, let me go
For I've found another love
Your son is so good looking
As you know
I must have him to be my beau.

The kid's sitting Legal Studies today. He finishes on Friday and we will have roast pork to celebrate 🙂
Thanks for the good wishes.
Bushies ... I love old furniture, but most of my stuff is cheap and chipboard, LOL. One day, when I settle down and retire ... I'll start haunting antique shops again.

Have a good one Freddie! Spends heaps! lol
Katy We don't have much furniture, we sold most if it before we moved, we knew we had a whole house to renovate, so we only kept the bare essentials. Now 9 months later, I am loving the "minimalist look", so much easier to keep clean and tidy.
I bought a pine dresser which being sanded and painted today, I want it to look will look more "cottagey" .....

Beautiful dresser Bushy, love things like that, be interesting to see how it looks when painted.

You have some beautiful pieces of furniture, Bushie.
I spent the morning at Court, taking further action in regards to my ex.
Having a much needed rest. ![]()

Gees bluecat, court? hope he's not giving you grief!
What a drama my day was. Turns out because the housing commission lady messed things up the house has now gone to someone else, so no shifting just yet ![]()
I did get a chance to clean out a bit of her stuff, put a fridge and a freezer out the front hoping someone will take them and broke up some old funiture to get rid of when she hires a skip. We'd been talking about getting her more organised anyway so this has given us a bit of a shove.
Its a beautiful day....got quite hot working around the house and yard.
