After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Its not so much the height that was an issue, he'd lopped enough off it to not hit the neighbouring fence, they just just didn't pull it far enough to the right when they dropped it. He said it was about 130 foot tall.
In hindsight if they'd lopped more off it wouldnt have mattered much where it fell.

There Is a very big gum trees in our neighbours yard that I am always worried about in high winds. It looks strong and healthy, but you never know with gums do you. Every so often the council comes along and trims back one side away from the power lines which, I think, makes it lop sided and even more prone to falling.
Im glad they are fixing your shed for you punch. Why did that particular tree have to come down amongst all the others in the photo? Sorry if you have already said why.
OMG, it has taken me longer to correct all the auto corrects in what I just typed than it took to write in the first place! Bloody iPad ![]()

Morning aps and everyone else
Cool and overcast here atm, heaps to get done outside today, so dont mind if if it stays this way. I started pulling up all the old rock edging in the shade house yesterday, the rest will come up today, am thinking I will use them to make a rock garden out the front ( one day lol ).
Still trying to figure out where I want the pavers to go, I am not a creative person, so these things dont come easy to me 😞 Might post a pic and try to get some ideas.
Hope everyone has an enjoyable day

Its dead lurker, not sure what happened to it but it all just turned brown and died quite suddenly. Our neighbour has one that did the same, maybe they were struck by lightning or something, we thought mybe termites but it didnt have any.
We figured it was better to knock it down for firewood than risk it dropping.

I wish I didn't have to have a mobile phone.
I only have a Macbook Pro because a mate got it as a trade in really cheaply.
