My day

After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

I was thinking a small plantation shutter too, or a honeycomb blind

Those are nice. We used to have one of them in our kitchen window.

The plantation shutters that ambercat  mentioned look good also.

What great looking blinds those honeycomb shaped ones are, really like them.  Might have to investigate those as we have a kitchen window that needs a covering.  Love the shape of them, very smart.

The honeycomb ones are good for insulation also.

love it Freddie, the shower screen looks great and the tiles are a perfect choice.

so have you had a shower yet or have to wait till morning??

I also like the idea of the blinds or shutters on the window to finish it off.

Nice to see you here Amber

My day

Well

I did have one good thing for the week. I went back to the sea and floated just out where I could only touch the bottom if my head was under. Did that for about fifteen minutes.

Then was shown how to start off with breaststroke.

Could swim just for a few metres...but did it. The sea was completely flat so perfect.

I am now a mermaid ๐Ÿ™‚

but then the thing happened and took away how darn happy I was. But I am getting back to trying to think of the good things.

I am still thinking about the window, it's a high window but needs something.

Two smallish plant pots with succulents or possibly a cascading plant that hangs down the wall.

that will break the outline of the window frame, add some greenery and break up the big blue wall.

There goes the idea that you are a buffalo hunting snake catching feral hunter that supplies food to the indiginous community in NT.

Freddie, it is lovely.

At one stage I think you mentioned curtains for the window?  Have a look at continuous cafe curtains.  I think you will find the bottom part will be long enough to cover the window without having to shorten them.  You might waste the top frill but that is no big deal.
